POLICIES, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

SAFETY:

Our main concern is safety for our students and instructors. If the student or instructor is struck with either a golf ball, golf club or any training aids during any lesson, then the lesson will be stopped immediately and deemed completed for that day. This will allow time for the student or instructor to recover and regroup.

LIABILITY FOR ONLINE BOOKINGS (APRIL - MID NOVEMBER):

Any services from Munz Golf Dynamics Inc, the registered booker will be held responsible for the cost of that particular service, no shows will be charged and invoiced. The price of all services, programs and various other plans are available online.
Balls must be purchased for all lessons at the Golf Range.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior in order to reschedule or refund.
No shows or failure to notify the Munz Golf Dynamics Inc. within 24 hours is considered a forfeited lesson and or the client will be liable for the cost for the time booked with Munz Golf Dynamics Inc.
Refunds will only be provided if and or reschedule of lesson less than 24 hours notice if you are forced to cancel a lesson for medical reasons. A refund or rescheduled lesson will be issued once the Munz Golf Dynamics Inc. office receives a doctor’s note for said client for that specific day.
Lesson packages should be completed at the locations chosen, during the specific season. For example, if a package of lessons was purchased during the months of April – Mid November, lessons will take place at Within Range, the lessons must be redeemed there before the season ends.

NOTE:

Lesson packages do not carry over to the next season, unused lessons will not be refunded when the season ends.
A $25 admin fee will apply with any package cancellation or refund for any lesson.
At least 24 hours’ notice to cancel must be given before the start of the lesson in order to receive a refund.
No make-up dates for any missed lessons.
Cancellations for medical reasons require a doctors note, upon receipt lesson can be rescheduled or refunded.

INCLEMENT WEATHER WARNING:

The coach will resolve whether the lesson will be rescheduled or cancelled. If he failed to notify the student, the lesson will resume.
